How do I create a CARBON™ Pixel?

You can create a new CARBON™ pixel input touch point by clicking on the (+) icon next to INCOMING DATA label. A dialog will appear, and on this you should select “CARBON™ PIXEL” and click “CREATE”. A new pixel base code will be generated, and it will be placed under “CARBON™ Pixel” group.

How can I access Pixel base code?

To access pixel base code, you can click on the “pixel label” which will look like “pixel_1”. Upon selection, it will be highlighted and the right hand side panel will change. On the far right hand side you can see a (gear) icon right next to the “Save” button. Click on this (gear) icon you will be able to see the pixel base code.

What do I do with Pixel base code?

You must follow the instructions set given in developer section of carbonplatform.com to implement the pixel in your websites.

Can I rename the default label of Pixel?

Yes, you can. This can be accessed from the pixel settings (gear) icon.
